The Department of Anesthesiology at USA Health is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologists, including subspecialty-trained faculty, to support expanding surgical volume and the launch of a new ACGME-accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program, with the first residents starting Summer 2027.

Compensation and Benefits:
USA Health offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $540,000 and a $75,000 sign-on bonus. Subspecialty-trained anesthesiologists are eligible for an annual fellowship stipend of $20,000 with maintenance of certification.
Additional compensation is available for extra shifts, along with a salary plus bonus structure. The comprehensive benefits package includes malpractice coverage, health insurance, seven weeks of paid time off, a CME allowance, a 403(b) retirement plan, and short-term disability.
